A small company earns its reputation on the phone, at the door and by word of mouth. Only a fraction of that reaches a public Business Profile.
Praise stays in the room
A customer says thank you on the phone or at the door. The public profile never hears about it.
The ask is forgotten
At the end of a busy day the review request comes to mind too late, or not at all.
By hand it is inconsistent
One week you ask, the next you don't. That never becomes a habit or a visible result.
Säuts turns the follow-up into a repeatable workflow: add the customer’s first name and phone number after the job, and the rest happens automatically. The customer decides whether to leave a review, which rating to give and what to write.
How we work
A small, deliberate product
We would rather do one workflow well. Development is focused on transparency, data minimisation and safe defaults.
- We ask only for the data the review request workflow actually needs.
- Customer data is kept strictly separated between business accounts.
- Privacy, cookies, processing terms and security are documented publicly.
- Defaults are safe: the message stays neutral and opt-out always works.

Who we build for
Estonia first
Messages, legal texts, support and product defaults follow the local business environment, and the product language is Estonian. The technical foundation stays internationally legible, so an English interface and deeper integrations can follow later without changing the principles of the service.
