Säuts is a service operated by Cloudexp OÜ in Estonia. The product helps businesses ask their own customers for honest Google reviews after a real customer interaction. What Säuts processes

Säuts processes the information needed to run the review request workflow. That may include a business account email address, company details, Google Business Profile review links, customer first names, customer phone numbers, message delivery status, opt-out replies, consent preferences, and technical security logs. The service does not sell customer contact lists, and it is not designed for purchased lead databases or cold SMS campaigns.

Customer phone numbers are used to send the review invitation messages that the business has chosen to send through Säuts. A customer may decide whether to leave a review, what rating to give, and what to write. Säuts does not buy reviews, filter customers before showing the Google review link, or ask only satisfied customers to leave public feedback.

How the data is protected

We keep business customer data separated between accounts, use encrypted connections, limit access to operational need, and document subprocessors and security measures in the public legal documents. We collect the minimum information needed for account access, message delivery, billing, customer support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

If a recipient replies with an opt-out keyword such as STOP or LÕPETA, Säuts blocks further review invitation messages to that number through the service. If you are a data subject and want to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, please include enough context for us to identify the business that contacted you.
